LifeLite
What is LifeLite?
LifeLite is a part-time support option for businesses that aren’t ready to commit to a full-time Broker Support Officer (BSO). It’s also a practical way to trial how our team fits with your workflow or to scale your business steadily while managing costs.
Under LifeLite, your BSO works with your business for at least two full days per week. Each BSO supports two businesses, working on pre-agreed days.
For example, Broker A may have the BSO on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, while Broker B has them on Tuesday and Thursday. Days can’t be changed unless a BSO is allocated exclusively to one business and has availability.
You may also engage a BSO on a temporary full-time basis at a daily rate of $ without committing to the full-time program or paying the $ onboarding fee. The timeframe must be agreed upfront. If full-time support continues beyond the agreed period, the engagement will be moved to the full-time program and the remaining onboarding fee will apply.
What is the difference between LifeLite and SteadyAssist?
Both LifeLite and SteadyAssist provide part-time offshore support through Task Tango.
The difference is the structure:
LifeLite
A BSO works for your business on set full days each week. On other days, they support another business.
SteadyAssist
A BSO supports your business for four hours a day, five/six* days a week, providing daily continuity.
How long until I can work with a LifeLite BSO?
You can begin within seven days of submitting your application.

Can a LifeLite BSO be shared?
Yes. Under LifeLite, BSOs are shared resources across businesses on a day-by-day basis.
You can choose to share a BSO with another broker if you agree on fixed days.
Billing is applied per business according to the standard fee structure.
A BSO cannot work on files from more than one business during a single shift, although they can work with multiple brokers within the same business.
Can a BSO be shared under a full-time program?
No. Full-time programs like CoreCrew assign a BSO exclusively to one business.
You may share them between brokers internally, but not across separate businesses.
What tasks can a LifeLite BSO complete?
All BSOs follow Task Tango process guides and lender workflows. Businesses are expected to provide their own process documentation for any variations.

Fees are only adjusted when a BSO is on approved leave.
How is payment processed?
All Task Tango services appear on your monthly aggregator invoice and are direct debited in arrears.
Can LifeLite support brokers on leave?
Yes, provided other onshore staff (such as another broker or support person) remain available.
A SteadyAssist BSO is typically better suited for leave coverage due to the daily structure.
How can brokers communicate with their BSOs?
Approved communication channels include:
-
Google Chat
-
Google Meet
-
Email
-
Zoom
-
Microsoft Teams
-
Slack
Social media platforms like Messenger and WhatsApp aren’t approved.
How do brokers hand over tasks?
We strongly recommend using MyCRM Activities or another task management tool.
If that isn’t available, tasks should be sent in a consistent and organised format.
Brokers may also use the Task Allocation Tracker to assign work, add notes and raise issues. The BSO, broker and team leader should all have access. If shared access isn’t possible, BSOs will email the report to the team leader at end of day.
How do I track completed work?
If you aren’t using MyCRM Activities or another system, the BSO can use the Task Allocation Tracker to show:
-
Completed tasks
-
Tasks in progress
-
Tasks not yet started
-
Notes on challenges or issues
The broker is encouraged to enter upcoming work into the Tracker as a central planning tool.
How many candidates will I receive for review?
You will receive one candidate profile at a time. If you decline the candidate, we’ll provide another when available.
How does the BSO access my client files?
Provide editor access to the BSO using the email address you nominate during onboarding.
BSOs cannot use personal or internal Task Tango email accounts.
What if I don’t need the BSO on a scheduled day or I’m away?
Fees aren’t reduced unless there is a permanent change to your allocated days.
One-off changes cannot be accommodated.
If you’re away or don’t have day-specific work, the BSO can complete tasks such as:
-
Lender follow-ups
-
Back-book analysis
-
Client reviews
-
Repricing requests
-
Process documentation
-
Business process improvement
-
Additional training with our L&D team
Fees are only adjusted when the BSO is on approved leave and unavailable to work.
What happens during holiday periods?
Task Tango does not operate on national Australian public holidays.
No billing occurs on those days.
During the end-of-year period, unless the BSO is on leave, they continue to work on your scheduled days.
How much notice is required to end a LifeLite engagement?
Please provide 24 hours’ notice to the Task Tango Team Leader or Account Services team at support@tasktango.com.au.
Where can I find my Task Tango agreement?
Your agreement is sent via DocuSign when signing is required, and again once all parties have signed.
If you need it resent, email support@tasktango.com.au.
