1. Who we are
Task Tango (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides managed back-office teams, creative and technology services, and the Pulse software platform to businesses in the United Kingdom, Australia and India. Our registered office is at 12 Maypool Way, Broughton, Milton Keynes MK10 9QR, United Kingdom, and our Australian office is at 55 Hyde Park Ave, Craigieburn VIC 3064. For the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, Task Tango is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and our own business relationships. Where we process personal data on behalf of a client (for example, a broker's customer files), we act as a data processor under that client's instructions and the applicable service agreement.
Questions about this policy can be sent to admin@tasktango.co.

4. Legal bases (UK and EU)
We rely on one or more of the following: performance of a contract with you or steps taken at your request before entering into one; our legitimate interests in running and promoting our business, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights; compliance with a legal obligation; and your consent, where we ask for it.
5. Australian Privacy Act
Where the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles apply, we collect personal information only where it is reasonably necessary for our functions and activities, we take reasonable steps to notify you of collection, and we handle complaints in line with section 11 below. We do not sell personal data.
7. International transfers
Because our delivery centre is in India and we have offices in the UK and Australia, personal data may be transferred between these countries. Where data leaves the UK or the European Economic Area we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses, together with the technical and organisational controls in our ISO 27001 certified information security management system.
8. Cookies and website services
This website does not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking cookies, and its fonts and scripts are served from our own website host rather than third-party services. Our hosting provider, Wix, may set cookies that are strictly necessary to deliver the site securely. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
When you send an enquiry through a form on this website, the details you enter are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), an email forwarding service. We use them only to reply to your enquiry.
9. Security and retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, to meet contractual and legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. Enquiry data that does not lead to an engagement is normally deleted within [12 months].
10. Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
