How DDRT moved its teams from Trello to Pulse Boards

The challenge
DDRT's teams planned their work in Trello. It was familiar, but time was logged separately and managers had no quick way to see what was overdue, who owned it, or how the work was split across the team.
What we built
Task Tango deployed Pulse Boards and imported the existing Trello boards in one step, so people kept the columns they knew. Every card gained a timer that writes straight to the person's timesheet, and a My Work panel now opens each day with what is overdue and due soon.
Because Pulse is built and run by Task Tango, DDRT's requests became features: charts from any custom field, a one-click PDF report of the board dashboard, Excel and PDF exports of the full board, card references that never change, completion alerts for the whole board, and a dedicated instance hosted in London.
The result
DDRT's teams run their day on Pulse Boards: one place for the work, the hours behind it and the reports managers need, with new releases installing themselves in the background.
