What is included

Compliance, contracts and payment, handled

Not included: office seat, equipment or supervision. The contractor works where and how you agreed with them. If you want the office and the quality check, that is a Managed Team seat.

    Name, role, rate and scope. We confirm classification within two days.

    We issue the agreement; they sign electronically in Pulse.

    Identity, tax registration and bank verification.

    Monthly cycle

    They invoice or log hours in Pulse; you approve; we pay them and invoice you.

Pricing model

Contractor cost plus a flat monthly fee

You pay the contractor's agreed rate plus a flat monthly fee per contractor, which covers contracting, compliance, tax handling and payment. Foreign-exchange is passed through at the bank rate with no margin. No set-up fee.

Does this make the contractor an employee?

No. They remain an independent contractor, and the classification review checks that the arrangement is genuinely one. If it is not, we will tell you and propose a Managed Team seat instead.

Who owns the work?

You. The agreement assigns IP to Task Tango and on to you, under Indian or Philippine law as applicable.

Can the contractor keep other clients?

Yes, as a genuine contractor can.

What currencies?

You are invoiced in AUD or GBP. Contractors are paid in INR or PHP.

What if we stop?

Thirty days' notice from either side, and the final invoice settles everything.
