How fast is 48 hours, really?
If you can grant system access on day one, the team starts on day two. Without access, the team starts on the day access arrives.
Do we need to train them?
A one-hour briefing with the team lead is usually enough. The team already knows the major broker and accounting platforms.
Is there a minimum?
Two people for one week.
Can we keep someone afterwards?
Yes. Any surge team member can convert into a Managed Team seat with no recruitment fee.
What about quality on rushed work?
The same rule as every plan: a second person checks each file before it reaches you, and the results are in the board.
