Run and scale
Assign work on boards or by email-to-card. Timers feed timesheets, QA is logged, and you get a scorecard and hours statement each month. Add, replace or pause from the workspace.
One invoice a month, generated from Pulse
Seats, days or tasks are billed from the same records you can see in your workspace. Payroll, provident fund, ESIC and tax filings for the team are ours to handle and are never itemised to you.
How is a Managed Team different from CoreCrew?
CoreCrew is a trained mortgage support officer we assign to you, full-time. A Managed Team is any back-office function, in any size from one seat to fifty, where you interview and pick the people and run them day to day from your own Pulse workspace. CoreCrew becomes the mortgage-specialist option inside it.
Who is the legal employer?
Task Tango. We hold the employment contracts in India, provide the office seat and equipment, run payroll, provident fund, ESIC, professional tax and TDS, manage leave and HR, and replace people who leave. You never carry an employment liability in India.
Can we keep our existing CoreCrew, LifeLite or FlexFlow plan?
Yes. Nothing changes for current clients. The managed-team offers add options for teams of several people, short projects and your own staff's HR.
What do we see in Pulse?
Live attendance with office geofence and selfie proof, hours this month, leave, the boards your team works on, their helpdesk queue, a monthly scorecard per person, an hours statement and request forms to add, replace, pause or change hours.
How quickly can a team start?
A surge team from our bench starts within 48 hours. A Managed Team you pick yourself usually takes four to eight weeks to recruit, then a three-week induction before go-live.
