Is there a free trial?
Yes: 30 days of Pulse Business for up to ten users, with your own data imported from a spreadsheet.
How are users counted?
Every person with a login, including employees who only use the self-service area. Clients of a Managed Team are not counted.
Can we mix plans?
No, one plan per company. Managed HR and Managed Team customers get Business or 360 included.
Where is it hosted?
London or Australia, under ISO 27001:2022 controls. A dedicated instance is available on 360.
Can we move up or down?
Up at any time, pro-rated. Down at the end of the billing month.
Is there an India price?
Yes: the India tier is priced in rupees for companies paying staff in India. Ask for the rate card.
